Registration locked

I have been calling the UIF call centre for the last 3 weeks, when trying to register online it says registration locked. The first agent asked me to email a certified copy of my ID which I did, when I called the next week the agent said he does not have access to unlock registration and he will escalate I should call back in 5 working days when I called today I was told it is still locked and only a supervisor can unlock the agent will forward it to the supervisor. This is terrible service, we claim UIF because we need the money but we are sent from pillar to post only causing a delay in us receiving funds
