Really frustrating UIF

App**** for maternity benefits via Ufiling website end of January , wasn't given any notification that 2 of the documents were not submitted only when I called the call center then was told that 2 documents are missing and that it would take 35 working days to be completed once they receive the documents.

Sent the documents after was told they did not receive them ,phoned again in February then only did they send the papers through this was in the the last week of February. Was told it would take 7 to 10 working days. Phoned again today was told it would take 21 days to be finalized. Its really hard considering that I have a new baby but no financial support as they are taking so long.

Its really frustrating to wait so long especially with a new baby.
