Rats taking care of cheese factory

On the 11th of February 2020, I submitted my UIF claim via Ufiling. On the same date I emailed my UI19 forms for both Lesedi and Highveld. Both documents were emailed to Declarations email address. When I called the call centre to confirm if they have received my email, the agent told Mme they don't have access to declarations mailbox. On the 24th February 2020, I received an SMS stating my claim has been rejected. When I called the call centre to find out why my claim was rejected, she told me it was because they did not receive UI19 forms. I explained to the agent that those documents were emailed on the 11th February 2020 already. I spoke with Godfrey Sefularo and asked me to forward them again do that he can assist I even emailed the one he said was outstanding.when I log into Ufiling even if I mailed documents, claim still shows rejected.. I called the call centre, even today documents are still outstanding. I went to Maponya mall labour centre. One consultant confirmed that they have received documents and nothing is outstanding. Called the call centre and was told even documents are scanned, they are not captured on the system. I was advised that I should go to the nearest centre to capture them quickly. Went back again and was told they won't be able to capture them due to some technical issues. I was referred to another labour centre.

Now this kind of mediocre is what we are facing even we submitted what is required. I'm told turn around time is 35 days because of the amount of applications they receive. Being sent from pillar to post. I have even asked my employer to submit and update declarations. I am battling to get benefit that is due to me while struggling to get a job. Claim reference is ***
