Randfontein dept of labour has my jaw on the floor

I have been to the department of labour seven times in a period of two weeks and to date has not even managed to submitt my claim letalone have it processed.The service there is pathetic to say the least.I have followed a que on all occasions only to reach the front of the row and be turned back.If their not offline than their scanner ,printer copier etc is out of order.They ask you to get outstanding information to update their server and when you try to bring the outstanding info they expext you to join the line once again and this is not a very short line.When you ask for the person that was assisting you prevouisly ,their not there and if you go again guess what??? you must follow the line again only to hear oh she is still not back after you spend about 3 to 4 hours in the line.I mean honestly!!!The goverment is failling us dismally and it has reached that stage where I feel to drop my claim...or is this exactly what they want people to feel like.People get sick,tired frustrated and eventually give up???I ?l always heard about the bad service at the Randfontein branch but this is way beyond my expectations... its disgusting.Hope I can be assisted in my next attempt.
