Randburg dol is useless.

Dol randburg failed me. I went to sign n i was told to email the signed form to them. Its been 20days nd i wen again today and i was given the same form to fill. That one was not attendef to i guess. I asked the lady at the door wat happened to the 1st form she said she doesnt no coz she is standing by the door. I was not let inside to atleast xmcheck wats the hold i was just told to sign again. I called them with no answer this hole time everyday. Emailed with no replies. Someone plz advice on what to do i dint have a place to stay i was evicted and i am on maternity leave. We need deficated people to work in that branch or just close it down.
