I visited your offices in Goodwood, I was assisted by two employees who refused to assist me. I got to the offices at 10 am on Friday 24th June but was sent back because I needed to update my surname as I had recently gotten married. I went to the bank and came back at 13:00, they refused to assist me because I needed to come back o Friday and the was apparently going to be "loadshedding". I felt discriminated against because all the colored and the white people were assisted but not me. Is this acceptable behavior from your staff, whenever it's Friday they do not want to assist people and chase them away
