I arrived at UIF at 06:00 they open at 08:00 maybe later got in a que where I was told o need bank form went to bank 09:00 got back 09:40 people went on 1 hour tea break sitting in que they looked as if they were paid helping there race who jumped the que before me when I finally got there after complaining was told boesman where closed now as he helped a person he made jump the que and I must come back tomorrow again
