Queue was cut at 10h00

I went to the labour department yesterday at Kempton Park and I was told that they cut the queue and no additional person will be allowed. What is ridiculous is that there were about 20 people on the queue and the time was 10h05. This is poor service as it was not even full inside. The security lady told me to go home and come back on Tuesday... like all the effort to be there and money spent isn't an issue. The service was very bad and cold. They should at least publish and make us all know that they want to knock off at 12h00 on Fridays so we don't bother.

Do they even have a service manager that facilitates this service?

Why do we always have to complain about government service all the time?

I am extremely disappointed for a service that I received.... No, for not getting any service at all at 10h05. It's ridiculous. The government shou5hire people who want to work, I need the job and I bet i can bring in sence out of all of this....
