Query

I went to department of labour in Nigel to claim for my UIF as i was retrenched in May due to this covid19 pandemic, I was told that my name is on the relief fund system for me to be able to claim for UIF I must be taken out of the system first then I will be called to come and claim for my UIF since from July I've been waiting for the call nothing has happened.I have emailed them several times I was told that I will be contacted within 14 days it has pass long time ago.When I call the Nigel offices all their calls says that the number you called doesn't exist but to my surprise all their numbers they on goggle. My big worry is that since I'm not working i need my UIF money to help my wife and child who are in hospital for a month now and need my help very bad. I am stressed I don't know what to do now can someone intervene and help me on this matter please.
