Purely disgusted and annoyed

I would just like to express my pure disgust regarding my UIF claim. I placed a claim in December last year and was advised it takes 7-14 days to process. Being patient I waited to no avail. I then queried this and was advised that due to the December period there is a back log and at the beginning of January I should submit again and it will then take another 7-14 days. I followed procedure and submitted once again however this has still not been finalized and it is the 17th February. I have not received one withdrawal and I have escalated this matter to the director of the department of labor and still no response. This is completely ********* and time wasting! I need this matter resolved IMMEDIATELY
