pure incompetency

I went to the dept of labour in roodepoort on the 13th of may, submitted everything they required from me for my uif, and was told to come and sign on the 23th of June, when I got there I was told that my documents were not processed but everything was on their system. The lady I dealt with didn't even explain and was told to come back on the 23th of july. I went to the branch manager (Mokhetsi) who was extremely helpful but he also told me there was a form outstanding and my things wouldn't be processed without it. I was furious because I don't understand why I was not told from the beginning. was retrenched as of end of april, so I didn't have a salary since may how do they expect us to survive? These people are a whole bunch of lazy *****s. The staff sits there and have a chat, giggle the whole time while we stand in queues for the whole day. Everyone is complaining about the roodepoort branch. The manager is the only person that deserves a salary, the rest they can stay at home and not waste the goverments money. I have never ever seen such poor customer service, deliberate incompetency. and then we must be up and down making follow ups, with what money?
