Prospecton Labour Department

In March when the covid pandemic started, my husband lost his job, the president advised that companies should claim UIF on behalf of it's employees and it did, he got a pay out in April and May and that was the last. In August we contacted the agent that had employed him and was advised that he should go apply by himself because the company has cut all ties with them and letters were provided, he went to Prospecton with all documents needed and signed even from the agent and his claim was processed and he was advised to come back on the 8th of October 2020, when we went there we were advised by the employees there with no care or consideration that all August 2020 claims have not been processed and he should come back after 3 weeks which marks the start of November 2020. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager there but to no avail trying to understand whether they understand how difficult life is for them to be so inconsiderate. We are deep in debt trying to make ends meet yet it's easy for them to just postpone with no care in the world. When we checked on their internet there is a claim that was processed in June 2020 and we assumed that it didn't pay out because he needed to come apply since the company stopped in May doing it on their behalf, my question is are they going to pay him from June 2020 to November 2020 as should or are they going to turn a blind eye not keeping into consideration that we had to borrow money to get through in the time he was not getting anything from the UIF? What assurance do we have that in November they would have done their job and processed the claims or we still going to get postponed with the same explanation? How does one get ahold of the manager in charge in that place because we need an explanation and the workers there are not helpful at all and have a bag of attitude? If one wants to report police one goes to IPID and the complaint is taken seriously and to account, where do I go to complain about Dept of Labour Prospecton? This is really unfair and inconsiderate, the stress level is going high making it easy for one to get affected by this pandemic. I await some response.
