Prospecton dep of labour must do their job

Prospecton Dep of service is very bad from 1st of sep I apply for martinity uif till now no payment but if I check my payment status it says payment collected is so stressing you starving with the baby they not showing interest even if you contact then how you can tell someone who app**** on 1 Sep to sign on the 8 Nov and I did not receive any payment it not fair shme took newborn baby and go to the branch they said my status will change but eve now it still on submitted I requested payment on the 15 of sep some people who requested later than me got paid
