Poor telephone engagement

My telephone engagement with the staff was poor. She sounded unsure of what to say she couldn't even give me a turn around time regarding an appeal I did on de 1st of June. .she sounded like some1 who lacks confidence in wat she says Can you give your staff training so that they well informed of what to say to us as clients.
