Poor Services from UIF Claims

I app**** for UIF-Maternity benefits in July 2023, till date I've only received 1 payment and after contacting the call center back and forth via calls I've got no help, I've sent emails and have got no replies.... I actually feel like there's no use in a person paying uif if we have to be back and forth for money that I is due to me because I've been contributing faithfully every month...
