Poor Services

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is struggling with this matter, as I have seen a huge amount of complaints on Facebook, about this matter. If you do get through to the call center, nothing gets resolved, just empty lies, and fals hope.

So, to start off with. The site itself is not working in a few ways. 1 Your unable to register, or lock in to your account, as it is locked (No help provided with that matter) 2. Unable to get through to the call center, phones just keep on running for hours on end, and if you do get through, the service is up to...... to say the least.

I'm a tax payer, and my U.I.F was paid every month.... Why the hell is it such a struggle to claim U.I.F??? And with that said, nobody at the U.I.F seems to care about the appalling service that is delivered. Seems to be a Government standard......
