Poor Services

First week of December 2014 I went and app**** for Unemployment insurance funding at the above mentioned Department. I submitted all requested documents then I was told firstly because I am pregnant I will get the maternity fund first and when that is exhausted I will receive the ordinary UIF. I was then told after 6 weeks to come back and sign for the first payment and the 2nd payment I will need to produce the child's birth certificate. I did so and because the Soweto Orlando East branch is being renovated we were sent toaponya Mall and they were of no help. I ended up going to the provincial office in Braamfontein when I was about 36 weeks pregnant and I was told they do not know what the hold up is but could not help me. After giving birth I went back early March to Braamfontein and I was told everything has been calculated they do not know what the hold up is and to SMS Sipho Mthethwa who is the area manager. Referred me to a lady called Salome who asked I resend the documents on Monday, Thursday she was unable to give feedback cause she was at a funeral, today I'm told my application will be looked at after the 7th, after 4 months my application hasn't been processed!!!
