Poor service WCA departement

We have been struggling for 2 years to get my husbands pension from them. Every time he goes to the offices the same story submit the forms. It has been entered he even received a tracking number that is it. We have mailed numerous staff in the department no answer on any off the mails send. The question are even going to get his pension.
