Poor service Roodepoort department of Labour

Good day,

I trust this mail finds you well.

I would like to lodge a complaint about the department of labour in roodepoort I have dealt with Carien Geldenhuys and constantly reported that I am still awaiting my UIf funds. I have received no feedback however the finance lady at the roodepoort branch stated that moving forward monthly I would receive my UIf on the 29th of every month. I am still awaiting a response from the 29th till today and have received no feedback and no funds as yet.

I am greatly disappointed that we pay UIf monthly and when it’s time to receive our funds there are such delays with the funds. I can no longer wait as there is something important with regards to my sons health that needs to be taken care of and with this money I planned on sorting that out. I want the funds paid into my account today and not a day later as I am tired of this unacceptable behaviour really.

No feedback for the past week and a half and I’m expected to just leave everything. I have called and no one answers this is honestly unacceptable, I will now look at taking other measures as this has not become serious.

I look forward to getting feedback soon.

I would like to know why arrangements were made for me to receive my UIf every month the 29th and it’s the 3rd today and I have not received a cent. I am utterly disappointed that I have contacted time and time again and have not received a response. Please I would like a answer or feedback today as I am tired and exhausted of waiting. I need the money today not a day later.

I would like to lodge a complain about department of labour Roodepoort I went there about three times to apply for UiF however I was rudely requested to leave and without any explanation told I need to come back on the 19th October 2021 after calling 5 times last week and three of the consultants advised I could just walk in and come and apply this is the 4th week I am struggling to get any information and the second week now I’m unable to apply due to being sent away from the department of labour in roodepoort by the security. According to them instructions are given from the staff that no one should be allowed in. I am mind blown how we need to apply for UIf if we are not allowed to enter the building at all. I would need urgent assistance as myself and my kids depend on this money to survive really.
