Poor service rendered

The poor service I received from online to Giyani labour center, I went there at 5h30 till 16h00 then they told me their knocking off and I was number 2 on the queue, when I ask them about the UI2.8 they told me I must ask capitec! Spended almost a day there for no attendance nor any help. Online I registered but can't login the temporary password says incorrect called them to got no assistance
