POOR SERVICE NOT ADHEARING TO SLA

I refer to the above mentioned ref number. I am very unhappy with this service everyone is just making excuses I called this morning Helped By Hakim Olifant that said the per I spoke to yesterday were just not telling me the truth my payment is still at the paymaster and there's nothing he can do about it as they are only contact Centre agents I have requested an email address or contact number of someone in the paymasters office and they can't assist me so my emails has been ignored no one makes an effort to contact me I have to follow up all the time. This is not client service at all and they are just not bothered by you knowing that they are closing this Friday who am I.

I HAVE WENT TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATTFORM AS WELL AS HELLO PETER AND THE OMBUTSMAN I CANT DEAL WITH THIS ANY LONGER !!!!!!!!!
