poor service, no payment and inconsideration

App**** for maternity benefit since 07 Dec 2023. The labour at Polokwane said they fast track maternity benefits at least within 2 weeks. i initiated my application in Gauteng. When i call the call centre they are refusing to transfer all my documents to Polokwane. When they take the money, they don't hesitate, but payment is a problem. My child is starving for heaven's sake.
