Poor service labourdept Richards bay

I come to dept of labour on the 13 March 2019 and I got a date to come back and sign on the 25.04.2019 then on the 23.04 2019 I got a sms saying my uif claim is rejected so I come today 25.04.2019 and ask them that this is my first time signing but I received an sms a guy that was on the counter just gave me a number without saying anything I've been sitting here almost 3 hours but still no help the service here is bad
