Poor service from the UIF department

I've battled from December 2023 to upload my documents to the UIF online portal, in March 2024 everything was uploaded and approved and sent to payment. I've been phoning them almost every week and they keep telling me I need to wait..... Until today I haven't received any payment from them, if this persists I going to lose my car as I am still unemployed.
