Poor service from Labour department

On the 19th of September I had accompanied my 37weeks pregnant sister to submit her claims application forms at the Soweto Orlando branch but only to be sent back home and we were told to come back the following day, which we did but we were closed outside the gate being **** to that loadshedding is scheduled for 10am so they can't help us, which by the way we got there at 7h30am we stood outside had to check the schedule only to find that it's scheduled for 12. They allowed us in after we had complained, sad part as heavily pregnant as my sister was she was told to join a long que. Really this is sad so see we being treated like this for the money we have been saving for ourselves, but we treated like government is the one giving us this money.
