poor service from government,with a serious matter

I was retrenched at work last year, so I went to the department of labour to claim my money,I was told that I couldn't get my money due to the fact that,someone else was using the same id as me,so I was told its an urgent matter and that they will take care of it as soon as possible and that I should come back the following week,and I did so, the following week I was told that they have found where the person who is using my identity **********ly is working and that they said I should go to the police station and report the matter and come back to the department,i did so,then they said il get my money in a couple of weeks, its been almst 12 months now and no respond has been made,and nothing has been done about this matter
