Poor service from department of labour Ufiling service

The system is rigged. I tried to make a profile on the labour department (Ufiling) system so that I can claim for maternity benefit. The system asked me a few questions and apparently I got one of them wrong then the account blocked. I have called the call centre on *** and everytime a consultant tells me to check after two days "the problem is escalated". Till today when I try to check it says my account is blocked. Very poor service that I am receiving.
