Poor service from Department of Labour

Being unemployed and awaiting for UIF claims is mentally draining, I submitted my documents in June 2023, claim was sent to assessor June 29 but no feedback or sms. When I contact the call center for feedback, they will escalate till Jesus comes back. Today the call center agent referred me back to Maponya mall to check progress there, I have been to the labour office at Maponya more than 5 times, I can't even afford to travel there anymore. Why is it taking so long for claims to be approved
