Poor service from Department of Labour.

At Kempton park Labour there is a staff member by the name Simon.The member is clueless about his job.He failed to apply UIF for me claiming I am earning alot.To my suprise his colleagues by the name Lindiwe she was shocked n said that is impossible.Theres no such a ting to say a person is earning alot.ever since i woke up at 3 am to wait on a loong que just for Simon to tell me that my application cant go through because i was earning alot.
