poor service from Catherine Abrahams

bad service from Catherine Abraham's, she requested for documents from me on the 12th of February and I rep**** to her email in less than 10 minutes. she kept my documents with her, never did anything with documents she requested. when I follow up a week later, I was told to send the documents again as she did attend or attech the documents I sent to her. now I have to wait again for their rediculous turnaround time. poor service from Catherine and I kept emailing her she never bothered to reply or even attend to my emails.
