Poor Service

Good day I have been unemployed since August 2019. I have app**** for UIF benifits. I have not received any payments at all. I have been rubbing up and down and no one can give me a resolution. No one follows up and let's me know what is going on. I have to keep going in only to be told a different story each time. This is totally unacceptable since my deductions and payments have been made for the past 30 odd years.
