Poor service

Good day My name is Mzolisi Mthi I app**** for my uif claim 22 July 2020 at the Mitchell's plain branch Western cape , in October I was told it was declined I needed to submit UI19 from a previous employer I did so the same week till today I still haven't received my money the keep on telling me it's still processing. Claims take up to 8 weeks mine has been with them for almost 5 months now please help escalate this matter
