poor service

I filled for UIF online towards end of Jan 2022, mid Feb I was advised to submit the required documents and I did so and they confirmed that all is in order and my claim should be approved in 21 days. till date I have never received any form of payment, when I check it online its on "sent to assessor since the day I app**** till date. when I call the contact center the agents say they will escalate the matter but nothing gets done. I have lost all hope!
