Poor service delivery from department of labour in soweto

Hi I have app**** for UIF at the department of labour in soweto in November 2019and ever since than I have not received any payments yet, I have been running around and calling them for updates but they give me stories that they have system issues or they offline they can't assist me I already gave birth to my baby but no payments yet it's so frustrating because they can't give me any answers as to when will I get my first payment
