Poor service delivery

The worst experience ever in durban isipingo prospecton, my daughter went ther to claim her uif in feb 2022 everything was dobe and she was to visit them again for signing, on arrival ther she was informed that since she has not been paid she must go to enquiries to find out what the hold up, she was sent back to her company for motivational letter so as to claim her uif, she went there and came back with the letter but she was sent back saying as it was the end of April the new financial year wl start she has to come back in May, she went there again first week of May she was.told her application declined.since she app**** late, after all this time she was never told thar, standing in long ques without being attended for days now her claim is declined, is ther a time frame of applying for UIF? and worst being sent back n forth without being employed, where is that tramsport money coming from? Very. Poor service deliverry in that office, people had to fight for being attended, staying for hours amd sent back home to come vack the next day as they always close after 13:00
