Poor service delivery

I applier for maternity benefits in Feb 2020, even today my application still shows to be completed by assessor on 29/05/2020 but nothing has happened. No one is answering phone the emails also unattended and I still pay my tax to this poor and poorer government services. the lines are longer, besides why then have u-filing if you will be required to still go and queue Ramaphosa and his *********** people must be removed from office, *******ion is them not helping us.
