poor service delivery

I have had it with the poor service of the department of labour. Batho pele must be your moto but its lacking at the department of labour in mamelodi west.very poor service. I have app**** for my uif since January 2015 being sent back and forth. I have all the proof that at my previous employment did send what you required more than once. Even now it has not been updated on your so called system. This is really poor service. Even now when I go to the labour department and check they tell me they have not sent the required forms by email. Well they did amd I have proof when I ask them they keep on giving me the same papers. Poor service and bad attitudes. When you deduct the money from our pay its not a hustle but when we claim its a procedure. This is disgusting on how many people who don't have any employment have to suffer. We suffer for our own contributions. Many have kids to feed school fees to pay and we have to apply but you are so selfish and don't realise people's hurt and pain. They didn't and I didn't myself ask to be unemployed. This is very poor. I don't know how else to report you guys
