Poor service

I came for the first time to log a claim on the 12 April 2024, I was then sent back because I needed to do anew ID book because on their system they still had me as Ngandi which was my married surname, even though I had my divorce decree I was sent away. App**** for new ID on the 13 April 20204. Got my new ID book on the 14 MAy 2024 I then can to the offices same day, again I was sent away to cone back the next day came on the 15 May 2024 8h15 and I was told I was late i just come back the next day, the lady that is taking our form said I was late it was not even 11h00 and the offices closes at 16h00. I find this very disturbing reason we are here we are unemployed where do we get money to come to these offices everyday to sent back for nothing. This needs to be addressed.
