Poor service

I went to their offices in maponya mall, we where made to stand a long queque waiting for someone to assist us, we stood for a good 2 to 3hrz waiting, mind u am heavily pregnant after waiting a long period of time the guy comes out and says to us I must come back 3weeks later, I try to explain to him that by that time I would of given birth already he ddnt care... I went on and tried online I called the call center the lady I spoke to said she will log in a query for me to get my log in details so I can apply online... Its been a full week now no email has been sent by them, no sms was sent till today am still wait!
