Poor service at Sandton branch

I have app**** for my claim on the 1 of August 2025 today it's the 23 of September and my status still says submission,when I call they always say it's been reported but there's no help ,even wrote an email but no response,I app**** it at Sandton branch online...the service there is very poor.this people are really not working honestly
