Poor service at Jane Furse labour satellite branch

On the 05/06/2019 I was at labour offices in Jane Furse (Sekhukhune) and I was not happy the way I was assisted (disaster).

It was not my first time turned back from the same branch, Ok on 20/5/2019 I didn't had all documents but yesterday I had everything (UI-19,UI-2.2,UI-2.8 & UI-2.7 including my ID) but I was turned back again by the same man without a name badge (counter 3).

Reason was: I'm still employed and I can't claim unemployment benefits.

My answer was: YES I'm still employed and I want to claim Illness benefits not unemployment benefits.

He argued with me and I told him that these three types of benefits:

1. Unemployment benefits 2. Illness benefits 3. Adoption benefits

He said to me these nothing like that, they are all fall under unemployment benefits ????

I asked someone senior and He said his at Burgersfort. I asked him to call him/her and ask & he refused to her.

He (without name badge) called for help from the lady on counter 2 and she was not knowledgeble as well (without name badge as well).

I had to ask for team leader/ supervisor as they all don't living the department values.

- The don't know how to speak to customers. - He is rude all the times. - Always one counter is works and others are offline. How possible? - They are unprofessional. Where's Botho Pele?

The service level has to change, as they are not busy there compering to Groblersdal/Bugersfort.

I have done it on uffing and I was not provided with email address to send the supporting documents.
