Poor service and unfriendly attitude

I was retrenched last year, and I have been to the UIF offices countless times. The staff are rude, and I get the feeling that they keep on postponing payments, in the hope that people will just give up. Queues are long, and the waiting period around 3 to 4 hours, with pregnant and aged people, as well as moms with small babies just having to stand in these lines. This is unacceptable!<br>
