Poor service and inconsiderate staff

I really fail to understand the type of service this offering because no seems to care about citizens. I claimed my uif in February using their ufiling upto date I haven't heard any respond from them.When u call they will tell u about the backlog and the reason why they are having a backlog is because that department hired *********** staff who will just go to work and do nothing.I àm really tired of calling this department cause they will take u from pillar to post and what was the reason for them to introduce online portal if they themselves don't know how to use it because you be sitting with someone's claim for the whole six months all by the name of backlog. Employees they are just sitting there doing nothing with their useless who doesn't know how to run that department. Imagine frustrations that citizens are going through because of this nonsense everyday. We cannot really go through like this.
