Poor service and bad communication

This branch sucks on the 19/12/24 we singed for our uif claims but none where paid and today we were give new firms to singe without any explanation of what happened to our last year vist now we need to spend more hours on the lines whoever whom was supposed to process the payment that was not done This was really bas and no one cares to explain
