Poor Service

Submitted my claim in September via branch of which came back saying it's rejected and further information was required of which I then submitted been doing that back and forth with no success.... I then decided to do it online phoned in and sent documents that they asked for again still lengthy process no turn around time being honored with no success please assist as I need the funds for my livelihood got school stuff to sort out please.
