Poor service

It is for 7months that have app**** for uif. And stil nothing I did relay on the money that I had paid to claim when something happened now I need that money nothing... All they say is come back in 2 weeks.... Please I just want to get what is owed to me by the uif department 7 months it's rediculous.... Please help.... I need it.
