Poor Service

Submitted online claim for maternity benefits 18May 2021.Sent all ny documents which they ask over and over again. After no movement and status that keeps saying sent to assessor I went to Paarl branch 26May2021. The guy there took all original copies and said within 35days or less I will receive payment. Its been 35days after numerous emails sent, unanswered phone calls now they tell me there is no record of my application! This is unacceptable! EXTREMELY POOR POOR SERVICE. IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME!!!
