Poor service

Am really disappointed by Department of Labour in Welkom Free state I've been waiting for my uif payment since 5 months ago I never receive my payment and when I went to their offices I will be told that I will receive the money after 7 day and I never receive any payment we are hungry now whereas they don't bother to pay my money.contact ***
