Poor service

I app**** for my uif in May 29 online but i never received any feedback. I went to Esphingo in Durban to enquire and the lady didnt wanna hear anything because i app**** online. I was then told to manually apply in August of which i did but till today i havent been paid yet i have i have been given a second date to sign. I’m being kicked out from my place because I can’t afford rent yet i have my money with Labour. They are always offline at some point. I need help urgently
