POOR SERVICE

Good day <br> <br> I am unemployed since December 8 2014 I have been in contact with the department of labour but till today I have not been paid and every time i call them they say they did not receive my UI19 for from my previous employer but i have received a confirmation email that they received it. when i called them they say it is no captured into the system and did not receive it . I worked at my one of my previous employers since 2007 till end july 2014. I do not have any money and i find this unacceptable as i have been contributing towards UIF since 2007. Why do we have to beg for what we have paid for? always when is time to pay the clients this is what happens. I plead to you to please assist me .
